Cheesy Chicken and Rice

I found this recipe from a friend in a previous ward. It's quick, easy, and yummy.


1 lb chicken - cooked
1 3/4 c Chicken Broth
2 c Rice - Minute Style
8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
2 c Broccoli, frozen

In large skillet, cook chicken, cut up in small pieces. Add broth and bring to boil. Stir in rice, broccoli, and cheese. Cover and cook on low about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
